A day with Oa-shima Restaurant founder
Here
we again, As usual sharing is caring. But the sharing this time is industry and
real life experiences sharing. Special for this week, Dr. Ummi Salwa has
invited one of the talented entrepreneur namely Madam Asnidar Hanim Yusuf,
the owner of Oshima Japan Restaurant. Oshima from word Japan mean a huge
island. Actually Madam Asnidar Hanim is one of Dr. Ummi’s friends and also Dr.
Ummi’s pHd student.
Madam
Asnidar Hanim Yusuf education background is degree in engineering at
Japan and continue his master also in that field now she further her pHd at
USIM under supervisor Dr. Ummi Salwa. Its an honour to meet the founder of Oshima
Japan Restaurant and listening to her life experiences which i know i cannot
find it in textbook.
Oshima
Japan Restaurant provide japanese food, main dish is sushi. Sushi is one the
type japanese food and it has it own variety also speciality. Nowadays, modern
people like to renovate tradisional food like sushi nasi lemak, sushi kuih and
so on.
Oshima Japan Restaurant have
stated it business in 2009 and operated at kiosk B3, Shah Alam Walk, Persiaran Majlis
40000 Shah Alam , Selangor. It is the one and only 100% HALAL Japanese
Restaurant in Malaysia. The services have in there is takes reservations,
walk-ins welcome, good for groups, good for kids, take out, delivery, catering,
waiter service and outdoor seating.
Last but not least, there is a
lot of knowledge and information i got from this sharing moment. It is not
impossible to be an successful muslim entrepreneur, what you need is seek
guidance from Allah and never ever give up hope easily however tough it
